The Third CEARAC Focal Points Meeting

Meeting Report

The third NOWPAP CAEARC Focal Points Meeting was held on 14th and 15th of September 2005 in Toyama, Japan. About 20 experts and authorities including the members of FPM, representatives of NOWPAP RACs and others participated in the meeting. Following the opening addresses, the Director of CEARAC explained CEARAC activities and related expenditures of the budget for the 2004-2005 biennium. The meeting reviewed the report and also discussed the proposed work plan and the budget for CEARAC for the 2006-2007 biennium. The meeting agreed on submitting the proposals to the 10th IGM of NOWPAP for approval. The fourth Focal Points Meeting is planned to be held in March 2006 in Toyama, Japan.
