The Intergovernmental Meeting provides policy guidance and decision-making for NOWPAP. Meeting annually in one of the participating countries on a rotational basis, it is made up of senior representatives of the NOWPAP Members. Representatives of various regional and international organizations whose aims and interests are in harmony with those of NOWPAP are invited to the IGM as observers.
